As much as possible we encourage a Friday changeover in order to avoid the Saturday rush. However, we are flexible where availability allows.

We ask if you could please arrive no earlier than 16.30. If your eta is likely to be significantly later than 6pm please could you let us know.

On your day of departure please could you leave by 09.30.
